Join NSA HR - Northwest MWR Fitness & Sports Monday and Wednesday from 8 to 9 a.m and 1 to 2 p.m. for our command PT class. Geared toward our active duty military, we like to keep the workouts fresh and fun incorporating circuit training, aerobics, and muscular endurance activities. We want to get our war fighters using different muscle groups and learning new techniques that incorporate a variety of safe workouts to keep participants interested. We breed aculture of fitness from a holistic approach that follows CNIC Navy Fitness Guidelines.
