Do you have trouble meeting your fitness goals? Join NSA Hampton Roads MWR Fitness & Sports for our three month fitness challenge. Each month we will help you improve a different fitness method. We will be working on improving your cardio, endurance, strength, and flexibility. The fitness challenge begins Monday, January 3 and ends on Thursday, March 31.
